The Project‘s objective is to deepen the Rambler Channel seabed between Kwai Chung and Tsing Yi Island and portions of Northern Fairway and Western Fairway to facilitate unrestricted access of Ultra Large Container Ship (ULCS) to the port facilities at the Kwai Tsing Container Terminals.
