Pedestrian Improvement Scheme at Prince Edward Road West

Owing to the high pedestrian flows at the north-western street corner of Prince Edward Road West / Sai Yee Street, it is proposed to provide a pedestrian improvement scheme to relieve the pedestrian demand.
